Position Title: Personal Assistant (Females Only) Location: Kidderminster Hourly Rate: £13.13 Hours Per Week: Flexible Hours Vacancy Type: Permanent Job Reference: SOLOETY Closing Date: 2 nd March 2026 Interviews being held: W/C 2 nd March 2026 ABOUT THE ROLE I am a 26-year-old female with complex care needs such as Erb-Duchenne, Epilepsy, Profound and Multiple Learning Disabilities, autism, a chromosome deletion, severe cognitive impairments, scoliosis and I require the use of a wheelchair. I am non-verbal and communicate with others by staring and/or reaching for objects and toys or banging my feet. With my epilepsy, it is currently managed by medication, and I have rescue medication available if required; however, if I am unwell, there may a change in frequency of seizures. I have been deemed to lack capacity, so my family are able to make decisions that are in my best interest. I live at home with my parents and my sister is currently my only personal assistant who does a brilliant job with supporting me and understanding my needs.
