Personal Injury Fee Earner
Liverpool City Centre

Our client, a well-established law firm based in Liverpool City Centre are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Fee Earner to manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters.
Key Responsibilities;
Handle a varied caseload of Fast Track RTA, EL, PL, OL and ID matters (litigated and non-litigated)
Independently running cases from instruction through to settlement and costs.
Process new claims, including those submitted through the MOJ Portal
Drafting statements, legal documents & instructions to experts/Counsel
Value damages, negotiate settlements & handle applications
Attend court, both with and without Counsel
