A highly regarded national law firm, renowned for its expertise in personal injury and insurance litigation, is seeking an experienced RTA Litigation Executive or Paralegal to join its busy Claimant Fast Track RTA team based in central Leeds.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload of fast-track RTA litigated claims, handling matters from instruction through to settlement or trial. Working closely with colleagues across the team, you will play a key role in delivering excellent outcomes for clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing fast track RTA litigation claims from inception to conclusion

\n
• Dealing with liability disputes and advising clients throughout the litigation process

\n
• Maintaining high service levels for insurer clients in line with internal quality standards

\n
• Collaborating closely with solicitors and fellow fee earners within a high-performing team

About You

You will have:

\n
• Prior experience handling litigated fast track RTA claims

\n
• A solid understanding of the litigation process and the Civil Procedure Rules

\n
• Working knowledge of the OIC portal

\n
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
