A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm in London is seeking a Personal Injury Paralegal to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with experience in personal injury who is looking to build on their technical knowledge, gain hands-on responsibility, and progress within a supportive and reputable firm.

You'll be joining a collaborative and experienced Personal Injury team that handles a broad range of claimant matters, offering exposure to quality work and clear development opportunities.

The Role

Assisting on a caseload of personal injury claims (RTA, EL/PL, and some more complex matters) Supporting fee earners with files from instruction through to settlement Drafting correspondence, witness statements, and legal documents Liaising with clients, medical experts, insurers, and third parties Managing files and ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met Opportunity to take on your own files as you develop

What they're looking for

Previous experience as a Personal Injury Paralegal Exposure to RTA and/or EL/PL claims Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Confident communication skills, both written and verbal A proactive and motivated approach to learning and development Someone keen to progress within personal injury law
