The Role

You’ll manage a varied caseload across EL/PL/RTA matters, including:

• Employer’s Liability (EL)
• Public Liability (PL)
• Road Traffic Accidents (RTA)
• Fast Track cases, with opportunities to progress into Intermediate & Multi‑Track work

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to deepen their experience in Personal Injury Litigation, particularly across EL/PL/RTA work.

What They’re Looking For

• 1–3 years’ PQE in Personal Injury Litigation
• Strong experience using all MOJ portals
• Confidence managing your own caseload via a CMS
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to client care
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently
