Personal Injury Solicitor – LeedsA leading UK legal services provider is seeking an experienced Solicitor, CILEx Lawyer, or experienced Personal Injury File Handler to manage a specialist caseload of pain-related injury claims. This role focuses on progressing MOJ and Intermediate Track motor claims, ensuring cases are handled efficiently while delivering excellent client care and maximising damages.Role Overview:Manage a specialist caseload of pain-related personal injury claims, including MOJ and Intermediate Track motor casesProgress claims under the Serious Injury Guide and Rehabilitation Code where appropriate, supporting early case planning and collaborative working with stakeholdersIdentify and pursue all relevant heads of loss to maximise client damagesLiaise with medical experts, counsel, insurers and other external parties to progress claims effectivelyConduct risk assessments throughout the lifecycle of each case and ensure due diligence checks are completedIssue proceedings where necessary and attend conferences or hearings with CounselMaintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders while working toward case progression and settlement targetsSupport the development of paralegals and apprentices within the teamExperience RequiredSolicitor, CILEx qualified, or experienced personal injury file handler with experience managing your own caseloadProven experience handling claimant personal injury claims, particularly OIC or MOJ motor claimsKnowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and the Intermediate Track Fixed Fee regime introduced in October 2023Strong drafting, analytical and client care skillsAbility to manage workload effectively while working toward performance and settlement targetsConfident IT skills, including experience with case management systems and MS OfficeBenefitsMinimum 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidaysHybrid workingHealth cash plan and wellbeing supportPension scheme and life assurance (4x salary)Paid volunteering days and matched charity fundraisingTraining and development opportunitiesFunded social events and flexible dress policyThis is an excellent opportunity to join a large, established legal organisation with strong insurer partnerships and clear opportunities for professional development within a specialist personal injury practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
