Give a full range of good quality Personal Injury advice to claimants Manage a mixture of road traffic accidents, public liability, product liability and workplace injuries Manage the full litigation process from start to finish (through resolution or trial) Develop case strategy, assess liability & quantum Draft pleadings, court documents & manage disclosure What will you need?
