Personal Injury/Industrial Disease Solicitor – Cardiff

The opportunity

I’m keen to speak to qualified Solicitor's or Chartered Legal Executives from newly qualified up to 3 years PQE, who want to take responsibility for a varied caseload of personal injury and industrial disease matters. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have real responsibility from day one, alongside support as you continue to develop your expertise.

What you’ll be doing

    \n
  • Speaking with new clients and guiding them through the early stages of their claims
  • Drafting witness statements and handling key case documentation
  • Managing disclosure and reviewing evidence
  • Assisting with the instruction of counsel and preparation of court documents
  • Preparing schedules of loss
  • Reviewing medical and occupational health evidence, including expert reports
  • Advising on settlement options and negotiating outcomes

What experience is required

    \n
  • Experience in claimant litigation 
  • Background in personal injury or industrial disease work is helpful, but not required
  • A proactive, organised approach and strong communication skills
