The firm deals with the full array of Defendant Personal Injury matters from pre-litigated RTA, right through to technical, very high value claims. You will be expected to undertake advocacy across all of the Legal and Personal Injury departments and you should have a minimum of 12 months experience as a Solicitor Advocate or Barrister. Ideally, you will be a qualified Solicitor or Barrister (2yrs+) with demonstrable experience as an advocate. Having higher rights of audience isn't essential for this role, however, would be advantageous.
