Personal Injury Solicitor | Northampton / Hybrid | up to £55,000 per annum

The Role:

\n\n

They are currently seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor with around three years PQE to join their close-knit team.
\n
\nSome of the cases you will be involved with include:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Personal injury
    • \n\t
  • Accidents at work (but generally not industrial disease)
    • \n\t
  • Public liability accidents (i.e. trips & slips, etc.)
    • \n\t
  • Road traffic accidents (but generally not whiplash)
    • \n\t
  • Clinical negligence, but not cases against therapists; or mental health practitioners where there is no physical injury
    • \n\t
  • Inquests
    • \n\t
  • Defendant cases (ie uninsured),
    • \n\t
  • Shock cases
    • \n\t
  • Group actions
    • \n\t
  • Foreign jurisdiction cases
    • \n\t
  • Product liability cases
    • \n\t
  • Covid cases
    • \n\t
  • CICA
    • \n\t
  • Industrial disease cases
    • \n
\n\n

Most of the work is conducted on CFAs, but taking out ATE is rare.

\n\n

About You:

\n\n

They are looking for an organised individual who can build positive and effective working relationships, and handle work sourced across the firm. 

\n\n

You will be:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • At least 3 years PQE
    • \n\t
  • Computer literate and know how to use supporting software and portals
    • \n
\n\n

Salary and Benefits:
