Personal Injury Solicitor

North Manchester

Salary: Up to £45,000

4 Days Office Based | 1 Day Remote


I am currently working with a highly regarded Legal 500 boutique law firm in North Manchester that is looking to recruit a Personal Injury Solicitor to join its growing litigation team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected firm with a strong reputation for claimant work, offering exposure to a varied RTA and civil litigation caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment


The Role

You will manage your own caseload of personal injury and civil litigation matters, with a particular focus on Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims, from initial instruction through to resolution.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a caseload of RTA and personal injury matters
  • Handling files from pre-litigation through to litigation where necessary
  • Drafting letters of claim, witness statements and court documentation
  • Advising clients on liability, quantum and prospects of success
  • Negotiating settlements with insurers and third parties
  • Liaising with medical experts, counsel and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring files are progressed in line with CPR and regulatory requirements


About You

The firm is keen to speak with solicitors who have solid experience within personal injury litigation and are confident managing their own files.


You will ideally have:

  • 1–4 years PQE (or equivalent experience) within Personal Injury or Civil Litigation
  • Experience handling RTA matters
  • Strong knowledge of the litigation process and CPR
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
  • The ability to manage a busy caseload independently
