Job Opportunity: Associate Solicitor – Casualty Defence (5+ YRS PQE)

Location: Glasgow

Overview:
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Solicitor to join a highly respected Casualty Defence team. You will be handling complex and high-value EL/PL claims, as well as motor and disease matters, while also contributing to business development and mentoring colleagues.

Role Requirements:
Experience: 5+ YRS PQE in defendant personal injury / EL/PL work
• Manage a caseload of litigated and complex claims, including high-value matters
• Partner with clients on strategy, training and development initiatives
• Provide supervision and support to junior members of the team

Skills:
• Detailed knowledge of Scottish court procedures
• Ability to build relationships with insurer and local authority clients
• Leadership and mentoring ability, with a collaborative working style
