They are currently recruiting for solicitors/chartered legal executives to join their Personal Injury department in Manchester and Liverpool, where you will be responsible for a range of intermediate track claims. Hybrid working and a competitive bonus are available and negotiable dependent on experience.

\nYour new role
\nThis Intermediate Track Personal Injury Solicitor/CILEx role will see you:

\n\t
• Handle your own caseload of intermediate track personal injury claims.
\n\t
• Provide technical supervision and mentorship to team members and the wider practice.
\n\t
• Prepare high-quality legal documentation, including pleadings, interlocutory applications and supporting statements.
\n\t
• Offer expert advice on complex litigation matters, procedural strategies, and risk management.
\n\t
• Support team development by sharing best practices and delivering training sessions.
\n\t
• Ensure compliance with professional standards, regulatory obligations, and internal governance frameworks.
\n\t
• Collaborate with management to optimise processes and enhance client service delivery.
\n

\nWhat you'll need to succeed

\n\t
• Qualified Solicitor or CILEx Lawyer.
\n\t
• Proven track record in effectively managing a personal injury caseload valued up to £100,000 (multi-track experience is desirable)
\n\t
• Strong drafting expertise across applications, pleadings, and supporting documentation.
\n\t
• Experience working to defined performance targets and KPIs.
\n\t
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise in high-pressure environments.
\n\t
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, delivering clear and practical guidance.
\n\t
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, coupled with commercial awareness.
\n\t
• Collaborative approach with a commitment to team success.
\n\t
• Interest in emerging technologies, including AI (desirable but not essential).
\n

\nWhat you'll get in return
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for personal injury solicitors/chartered legal executives with strong experience handling a personal caseload of personal injury claims. A competitive salary of up to £55,000 is available and negotiable dependent on experience. This role offers plenty of hybrid flexibility with up to 3 days working from home per week. A discretionary bonus is available.
