Personal Lines Broker - Heywood - Office Based

A long-established brokerage in the North West is growing its personal lines team and looking for an experienced broker to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio.

The business has been operating for decades and continues to move forward steadily. This role sits within a professional, stable environment where personal lines is handled properly and clients are looked after long term.

You'll manage a varied portfolio covering standard personal lines, as well as mid-net-worth, high-net-worth, and VIP clients. The expectation is simple: deliver consistent, high-quality service and manage policies from start to finish.

Renewals, MTAs, and new business quotations will all form part of your day-to-day work. Because the client base includes higher-value and VIP customers, attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential. Clients expect clarity, efficiency, and someone who understands their needs.

Acturis is used across the business, so recent Acturis experience is important.
