We're working with a fast-growing regional accountancy firm that's investing in its Private Client Tax team in Birmingham. They're now looking for a Personal Tax Senior Manager to play a key leadership role in the continued growth and development of both the team and the client base.
This is more than a technical role-it's an opportunity to influence culture, drive business development, and mentor the next generation of tax professionals.

The Role


You'll work closely with the senior leadership team to manage and develop a thriving portfolio of private clients-ranging from HNW individuals and property landlords to entrepreneurs and family businesses. Alongside client work, you'll be instrumental in recruitment, coaching, and strategic planning.
