The primary duties of the pest control technician include conducting inspections for insects, vermin and all other related pests including bird proofing and advising on and implementing effective treatment plans to remedy infestations. This is a field-based role which would suit an enthusiastic individual who likes to spend the day solving clients’ problems face to face with support from our service delivery team. *Carrying out pest control surveys and inspections in commercial and residential properties for signs of pests or infestation. * Creating and sending high quality reports to clients, whilst on site. * Checking and baiting traps with appropriate hazardous chemicals to remove, control or eliminate pests. * Advising clients on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises * BPCA/RSPH Level 2 Pest Management as a minimum * COSHH awareness training certificate * Clean full UK driving licence. * Monday – Friday – Field based (plus additional hours as necessary on weekdays and weekends) Since then, Neighborly has grown into a world leading company in home brand services and landed in the UK in 2010 as Neighbourly with the focus of acquiring and developing premium franchise brands within the home service industry.In the 14 years that Neighbourly has been in the UK, it has shown its keen intent for growth, with over 300 locations across 6 brands with over 2,000 frontline staff.
