We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist international pet relocation company seeking a compassionate, organised, and customer-focused Pet Travel Specialist to join their growing team.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who loves animals and enjoys managing detailed logistics while supporting clients through an important and often emotional process, relocating their pets overseas.

You will become the trusted point of contact for pet owners, ensuring every relocation is handled professionally, safely, and with care.

The Role

As a Pet Travel Specialist, you will manage pet relocations from the UK to international destinations from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

* Providing quotations, travel advice, and guidance to new and existing clients

* Planning and coordinating pet relocations end-to-end

* Communicating daily with customers via phone and email

* Booking flights and preparing required travel documentation

* Liaising with airlines, kennels, catteries, and veterinary practices

* Ensuring compliance with airline and destination country regulations

* Maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional service throughout the relocation process

Experience & Requirements

* Previous experience in pet travel, freight, exports or customs is advantageous

* Alternatively, a proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn

* Office-based customer service experience

* Confident using Microsoft Word and Outlook (Excel advantageous)

* Strong English literacy, spelling and grammar

Working Hours

* Monday to Friday

* 09:00 – 18:00 (1-hour lunch break)

* Office-based role

What’s On Offer

* £26,500 – £29,000 per annum
