ResponsibilitiesSupport the Senior Director for Distributor Relations and Service in the proactive engagement with key distributors to attract them to PGIM as a fund provider and ensure that, once live, PGIM is a priority and a strong relationship develops.Support the distribution effort and enhance the client experience with respect to:RFP supportAccount opening and client onboardingTrade related eventsQuery managementManage processes to onboard and service client assets and help execute against shareholder servicing requirements.Maintain CRM and agreements databases and be able to report on distribution footprint and requirements.Support in the management of distribution agreements with operations, legal and distribution.Responsible for management level reporting of distribution and client activities.Assist with production & dissemination of regular fund reporting as well as ad-hoc requests.Support the Senior Director for Distributor Relations and Service in senior stakeholder management with sales teams to facilitate effective communication of client intelligence between sales teams and the rest of the business.Assist with project plans to help build distribution infrastructure.Ad hoc projects as needed to help management and distribution teams execute against business plan(s).Maintain team procedures and manage the annual update.Work efficiently and effectively, streamline processes where possible.QualificationsFinancial services experience, preferably within a Client Service / Sales Support capacity.Understanding of intermediary distribution, including knowledge of key firms.Understanding of transfer agency in private and/or public asset classes.Understanding of fund types UCITS, QIFs and alternatives.Fluency in a European language (French, German or Italian) is a necessity.Strong project‑management capabilities.High energy, enthusiastic, high‑quality interpersonal skills, especially influencing and communication skills.Ability to multitask, work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently as a self‑starter at times.Excellent attention to process and detail.Company OverviewPGIM is the global asset management business of Prudential Financial, Inc., a leading global investment manager with nearly USD 1.5 trillion in assets under management as of September 30th 2025.
