Locum Pharmacist Required – GP Surgery

Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 weeks
Location: Slough
Working Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm
Days: Monday - Friday

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Pharmacist to join a busy GP surgery on a temporary basis.

Role Responsibilities:

Medication reviews and patient consultations
Supporting GPs with prescribing queries
Managing repeat prescriptions
Ensuring safe and effective use of medicines
Key Requirements:

Registered GPHC Pharmacist with relevant qualifications
Previous experience working within a GP surgery or primary care setting
Proficient in using EMIS Health clinical system
Strong clinical knowledge and patient-focused approach
Excellent communication and organisational skills
