Job Title: Pharmacy Dispenser

Location: LIPS Healthcare Working Hours: Full Time – 40 hours per week - including alternate weekends (1 in 2). Shifts start at 8:00 am Reports To: Pharmacy Director

Job Purpose To support the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services by preparing, dispensing, and managing prescriptions under the supervision of a registered pharmacist, while providing excellent customer service and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Key Responsibilities Accurately prepare and dispense prescriptions , ensuring correct labelling, dosage, and packaging. Provide excellent customer service at the counter and over the phone. Offer basic advice on over the counter (OTC) medications within scope of training. Ensure that all medication storage, handling, and disposal is in line with safety and legal requirements.
