Job Description
Could this be the job you’ve been looking for?
Do you want to feel appreciated and be part of a high-performing yet caring team?
Are you looking for a new challenge that keeps you inspired and growing?
Perhaps it’s time for a change — and you’re ready to join a clinic that truly values its people?
We’re expanding our team and have an exciting opportunity for someone who shares our values and enthusiasm to join us as our next Physiotherapy superstar.
About the Role
This role is a part-time, self-employed role based in Cobham, Surrey, with 2 - 3 shifts that could include evenings and Saturday mornings.
Flexibility to accommodate patients’ schedules would be helpful.
Our team is friendly, forward-thinking, and proactive — and we’re passionate about maintaining our personal approach with both our staff and patients. We work collaboratively to deliver clinical excellence, and we’re looking for someone who can bring their skills, positivity, and professionalism to help us continue achieving the highest standards of care.
Skills and Experience
We’d love to hear from you if you:
- Enjoy engaging with people and providing an exceptional patient experience
- Have strong communication and time-management skills
- Are organised, reliable, and love working as part of a team
- Bring a positive, friendly, and professional attitude to your work
- Are open-minded and collaborative in a multidisciplinary environment
- Are passionate about developing your clinical skills and delivering evidence-based care
We see a wide range of patients — often with complex needs requiring different therapies — so adaptability and teamwork are key.
Training and Development
At Perfect Balance Clinic, we provide regular weekly training sessions to support every member of our team.
Here’s what you can expect when you join us:
- A clear understanding of all clinic locations, services, and therapies
- Support to build any administrative or clinical skills you may need for the role
- A dedicated clinical mentor who matches your style of practice and learning
- The chance to learn how we achieve our excellent results and deliver exceptional care
- Guidance on developing your skills at any stage of your career
- A fundamentally different, team-focused approach that avoids the isolation often found in the UK healthcare industry
While some basic administrative tasks such as clinical note keeping are required, this role is predominantly patient-focused, working alongside our supportive, multidisciplinary team.
Why Join Us?
If you’re looking for a role where you’ll be valued, supported, and continually developed — this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We only have one position available, so if this sounds like a good fit, we’d love to hear from you.
