As part of this successful, global manufacturing organisation, the European business unit now requires a PIM Executive to actively drive the rollout and adoption of the chosen Product Information Management solution across their EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) markets to meet demand and scale up successful delivery of product information and high quality data. The group has locations throughout the UK and Europe. Candidates can be located near to any of their main European business units, as there will be an element of flexible/ agile working with this role. The Role: From with the EMEIA E-Business team and reporting to the Strategic Program Manager, as the PIM Executive, you will work closely with regional PIM leads as well as the PIM leads from both the E-business and IT. You will be responsible for, but not limited to: actively supporting the delivery of the EMEIA PIM programme to business expectations and objectives, whilst collaborating closely with the EMEIA PIM Team, Business Process Owners (BPO) and regional PIM leads driving and coordinating rollout across the markets, in line with business strategy and governance becoming a subject matter expert, guiding regional PIM leads and local users through related change processes and integration driving and continuously improving PIM adoption in the markets, in line with defined KPIs and targets capturing business process and adoption feedback from market regions and key stakeholders monitoring and reporting rollout progress, managing risks and initiating appropriate corrective actions contributing to and being an advocate for a healthy PIM culture within the business The Candidate: Ideally of graduate standard, from within a commercial, technical or engineering based discipline, candidates for the PIM Executive role will also preferably have achieved, or be working towards their further PMP (or equivalent) certification. In addition, candidates for the PIM Executive role will be required to demonstrate that they have: previous work experience within the same or similar program / project management role, across mid – large scale implementation projects specific experience in the rollout and/or utilisation of PIM platform(s) experience of managing PIM rollouts for outbound digital channels (web shops, websites etc.) a strong business acumen with the ability to drive change processes at all levels the ability to interpret complex, international organisations and successfully build an internal network excellent communication and presentation skills, a flexible approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment Candidates for the PIM Executive role should also be: results driven with a strong commitment to success a hands-on type individual, who demonstrates initiative and has a positive, professional attitude a strong capable leader, with the presence and ability to communicate, motivate and influence at the highest level able to work effectively both within a team but also under their own initiative highly organised and a strategic thinker Candidates for the PIM Executive role should note that there will be some international travel with this role. xehkeey European language skills would also be a benefit, but are not essential.
