EY358 Pipe Fitter Salary: £19 - £23 per hour DOE Location: Manchester Hours: 44 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 07:00–16:30, Friday 07:00–15:30

Duties and Responsibilities

Measure and mark pipes for cutting, threading, and welding Thread and bend pipes manually or using a pipe bending machine Install, repair, and maintain systems using various welding and plumbing techniques Attach and secure pipes to structures, ensuring proper alignment Seal pipework routes and prevent water ingress Conduct testing on your work and others’ to check for leaks or weak joints Weld, solder, braze, and fuse pipework Interpret technical drawings and layout specifications Plan and install piping systems for industrial units and specialist vehicles Qualifications and Experience
