Ambitek is currently recruiting for an experienced Pipe Fitter Fabricator on behalf of our client based in Knowsley. This is a workshop-based role focused on pipe fabrication and the manufacture of pipe brackets for tanks.

⚠️ You must be able to pass a pipe fabrication trade test.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication of precision pipe brackets to meet client and industry standards

Measuring, assembling and fabricating pipework to tight tolerances

Reading and working from technical drawings

Maintaining high standards of quality and safe working practices

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Pipe Fitter / Pipe Fabricator (shop-based preferred)

*

Strong fabrication skills with excellent attention to detail

*

Valid CCNSG or CSCS card

*

Must be local to the Liverpool/Knowsley area

Rates (CIS or Umbrella)

*

Monday – Friday (first 8.5 hours): £26.25/hr

*

After 8.5 hours in week + first 5 hours Saturday: £36.75/hr (OT1)

*

After 5 hours Saturday + all Sunday: £47.25/hr (OT2)

Trade Test

You must be able to measure and tack your own spools as part of the trade test using TIG.
