We’re working with a well-established public sector organisation seeking a Planned Maintenance Surveyor to support the delivery of high-quality planned works programmes across their housing stock.

The Role
You’ll play a key role in delivering planned maintenance programmes, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing planned maintenance projects across a residential portfolio
* Working closely with contractors to ensure quality and compliance
* Undertaking property inspections and preparing specifications of work
* Supporting programme delivery including cyclical works and major repairs
* Monitoring contractor performance and resolving on-site issues
* Ensuring excellent customer service for residents throughout projects
About You
* Experience in a property maintenance or surveying role (ideally within housing)
* Strong knowledge of planned works and contractor management
* Organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* A collaborative approach and commitment to high standards
