If so, The Guinness Partnership is seeking a Planned Works Co-ordinator to join our team in Oldham on a full-time, permanent basis, to efficiently manage HHSRS cases. Reporting to the Operational Support Manager, the successful applicant will support the Planned Works team, ensuring residents remain informed and all legal and safety standards are met. This full-time role is 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We recognise that flexibility is essential for this position and operate a hybrid working model, requiring employees to work in the office for three days per week, with the remaining two days worked from home. About the role We are a customer focused organisation, so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You will not only have great customer service skills, but you will also be highly organised with excellent time management skills. Key essential requirements of the role: Experience of working in a customer-focused environment. Experience of working within agreed performance targets. Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures, and accurately record data and information. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. Experience of working with databases and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System. Experience of using Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Educated to NVQ II or equivalent GCSEs. Experience of scheduling work. Experience of working with sub-contractors. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Desirable requirements: Experience of scheduling work.
