We have an exciting position available for a Planner to join us!
YoullCo-ordinate the day-to-day planning of works for the Repairs Teams efficiently and effectively.
As well as: Work with the dynamic scheduling system, ensuring all appointments are completed within target and to the satisfaction of the customer
Appoint,monitorand control the workflow of Jobs through to the Responsive Repairs Team Meet the expectations of our customers through interactions that are easy, friendly anddemonstratehigh levelsof skills,knowledgeand autonomy
Support the delivery of One Manchester response to Awaabs Law, ensuring that repairs are correctly diagnosed and scheduled in line with agreed timescales.
Ensuring the work scheduling within the Repairs Hub offers the best outcomes for our customers and aims to resolve issues at the first point of contact
Whatwerelooking for: Experience as a Planner in a similar role
Excellent verbal and written skills across a broad range of audience including managers, colleagues, and customers andhave the ability torespond to customers differing needs.
Ability to remain calm under pressureoperatingwith empathy, understanding and diplomacy.
Ability to work effectively as a part of a team
