Planner / Senior Planner / Associate Director Lambert Smith Hampton’s Central Birmingham office hosts the planning consultancy team which plays a key part in providing consultancy services to developers, investors, landowners, house builders and the public sector. With teams spread across major English cities and regions, we draw on a deep knowledge pool across the service line, the wider urban design, development consultancy and regeneration teams, and also work alongside agency and consultancy colleagues across the wider business. We have a varied portfolio of clients and the vast majority of our work is repeat business or on recommendation, endorsing the quality of our work. Our wide range of clients includes landowners and developers of all sizes, house builders, government departments and local authorities with a focus on health and defence, retailers and developers. Our work includes delivering large scale city and town centre regeneration and development projects as well as greenfield/brownfield housing developments, commercial development, site promotion and heritage and conservation matters. Whilst most of our work is across the wider Midlands, we work with clients across the UK on a day to day basis on a variety of schemes of all shapes and sizes.
