Job Title: Planning Administrator

Salary: £13.31
Hours: Full time- 3 month temporary contract

About the Company:
A well-established and growing manufacturing business is seeking an organised and proactive Planning Administrator to join their operations team. This is a key role focused on ensuring production runs efficiently, materials are available, and communication across departments is clear and effective.
The Role:
The Planning Administrator will be responsible for managing live production schedules, coordinating materials and documentation, and ensuring all departments are aligned to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update the planning board
* Communicate production plans
* Coordinate material requirements and arrange picking
* Ensure all project and production documentation is completed
* Assist in creating and maintaining QC check sheets and documentation
* Identify and escalate any issues that may impact quality or delivery timelines
About You:
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production planning role
* Strong understanding of production workflows and scheduling
* Experience using ERP/MRP or similar planning systems
* Confident liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
* Proficient IT skills, including spreadsheets and planning tools
