Planning and Risk Manager BPSS Clearance Required Outside IR35 £360 per day Hybrid Edinburgh 6-month contract Harvey Nash's public sector client is seeking a Planning and Risk Manager to drive forward planning, monitoring, and reporting of workstreams. You will work directly to the programme manager and closely work with the legal team. The role requires a team member with strong stakeholder and people management skills together with sound project management credentials. Main Duties Lead the monitoring, updating and reporting of the plan working with the programme manager and teams. Identify dependencies, critical activities, and pinch points, seeking solutions to those issues with the relevant team, escalating as appropriate to the senior team and Board. Implement risk strategy, including identifying and constructively challenging mitigation plans and associated RAIDs including monitoring and escalation through to resolution. Commissioning updates to desk instructions etc to support teams fulfilling their part in the delivery of the work.
