The team is engaged in delivering Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs) across diverse sectors such as transport, energy, utilities, and commercial infrastructure.\nWith a strong pipeline of green energy projects, this role offers the chance to work on some of the UK's most ambitious renewable energy initiatives, in collaboration with leading industry clients.\nAbout the Team\nThe Infrastructure Consents team has a strong track record in advising on a broad spectrum of infrastructure projects and consent regimes, including:\nDevelopment Consent Orders (DCOs)\nTransport & Works Act Orders (TWAOs)\nSection 36 applications\nTown & Country Planning Act (TCPA) applications\nThe team has recently submitted multiple DCOs and a multi-billion-pound TWAO, alongside a number of renewable energy projects under the TCPA.
