Position Overview
As a Senior Planning Lawyer, you will play a crucial role in advising on a diverse range of commercial development projects, residential schemes, and infrastructure work. You will collaborate closely with clients, local authorities, and other professionals to deliver practical, commercially-sound legal solutions.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of planning matters, meeting tight deadlines Advise on major office, retail, and logistics development projects Act for house builders on strategic residential schemes up to 5,000 homes Handle infrastructure work, including Development Consent Orders Assist with compulsory purchase matters for housing and regeneration schemes Draft and negotiate planning agreements and infrastructure agreements Provide clear, practical advice with sound commercial judgment
