Job Description
Planning Solicitor or Legal Executive – Exeter
Senior Associate up to Partner level
6 yrs+ PQE

What will you do?
\n
Advise on complex planning applications
Section 106 agreements, Section 278 agreements
General planning advice in respect of major development schemes in the waste sector, the affordable housing sector & private developer sector
Enforcement issues, High Court litigation and public inquiry work
Judicial review
Planning and environmental due diligence on commercial and corporate transactions
Act for planning authorities in relation to CPO work
Advising developers, funders and purchasers on contaminated land and remediation liability
Give advice on invasive & protected species
Environmental impact assessment

What will you need?

To be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
At least 6 years planning experience
