The Work You will advise on a broad range of planning and environmental matters, with the variety and complexity you would expect from a top-tier practice. Work includes strategic land promotion and major infrastructure planning, development plan examinations, planning applications and appeals, enforcement, Section 106 and infrastructure agreements, compulsory purchase, Development Consent Orders, and environmental matters including EIAs and habitats compliance.
