Job Title: Plasterer Multi Trade Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time Job Category: Property Services Location: Hammersmith & Fulham Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm Hourly Rate: £18.05 - £21.40 per hour

We're looking for a Plasterer Multi Trade to join our responsive maintenance team working on a social housing contract in Hammersmith & Fulham.

Please note that applicants must hold a recognised Plastering qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ) to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities:

Undertaking all plastering tasks to achieve first time fix and deliver a high standard of workmanship in a timely and productive manner always affording excellent customer service to the client. Undertaking patch and larger plastering works, decorating, tiling and other associated maintenance tasks. Completing daily work sheets detailing work undertaking and materials used after each job undertaken.Requirements:

Full UK Manual Driving Licence City & Guilds / NVQ in Plastering, Plasterer CSCS Card OR NVQ Diploma in Building Maintenance Multi-trade Repair and Refurbishment Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATP Basic DBS CheckBenefits:
