The ideal person will have additional skills includingpainting, mould wash, re-pointing, basic carpentryand experience working insocial housing.Gilmartins work in social housing and providereactive repairsfor local authorities andhousing associations.The job requires work and travel inNorth West London, including the areasBarnet, Camden,Wembley, Westminster, Harrow, Ealing, Hounslow and Hammersmith.Gilmartins is a family owned and run business; our staff are valued and our ethos is to promote from within.
