You will carry out work on individual properties and communal areas as directed by your supervisor, including general repairs. You'll conduct pre- and post-inspections, recording actions and outcomes. You'll assist with scheduling work and monitor your own expenditure, keeping accurate records while focusing on cost-efficiency and providing value for money to customers.
