Platform Engineer - National Security & Government Manchester - 3 days on-site Up to £64,000 base plus package

I am currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity as a Platform Engineer with my client, an industry leader in cyber security and digital solutions, where you would join their National Security & Government unit delivering cutting-edge platforms for critical UK projects.

We are looking for engineers who can design, build, and optimise high-quality, secure platforms that solve complex problems in innovative ways.

You must be eligible for SC Clearance and be willing to become DV Cleared

The ideal Platform Engineer will have experience in: Programming in one or more of: JavaScript, Java, .Net, Python Designing and building Proof of Concept or Production systems collaboratively Using version control systems (e.g. Git, Mercurial, Perforce) Working with CI/CD tools (e.g. Bamboo, Jenkins, TeamCity, Bitbucket) to streamline delivery Automated testing and static code analysis (e.g. SonarQube) to ensure quality
