We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumbing Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plumbing, HVAC, and property maintenance, with the ability to read schematics and perform equipment repairs. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and resolving HVAC and plumbing issues, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and customer satisfaction.

Pay will be based on experience.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a Plumbing Technician or similar role.

Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, HVAC principles, and property maintenance practices.

Ability to read schematics and technical drawings effectively.

Proficient in equipment repair and troubleshooting techniques.

Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.

Job Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial properties.

Diagnose HVAC and plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.

Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, ensuring proper integration with plumbing installations.

Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and specifications.

Perform routine maintenance on HVAC and plumbing systems and equipment.

Collaborate with other tradespeople, including mechanics and welders, for comprehensive property maintenance.

Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and materials to job sites.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
