Plumber Multi Trade Operative

We are currently recruiting for a Plumber Multi Trade to work on social housing contracts around the Cannock and Walsall area on a permanent basis
The role will include carrying out plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation works in tenants’ homes and void properties within a social housing environment.
Responsibilities:
Carry out all aspects of domestic plumbing maintenance, including:
* Fault finding, diagnosing, and repairing leaks and blockages.
* Replacing taps, ball valves, pipework, traps, cisterns, and radiators.
* Installing or repairing sinks, baths, showers, toilets, and water heaters
* Support planned maintenance programs, such as kitchen and bathroom refurbishments.
* Perform plumbing repairs and maintenance in occupied and vacant domestic properties, including:
* Fixing leaks and blockages
* Replacing taps, ball valves, cisterns, and radiators
* Repairing or installing hot and cold water systems
* Bathroom and kitchen plumbing works
* Carry out first and second fix plumbing on planned refurbishments.
* Conduct basic fault-finding and diagnostics.
* Ensure all plumbing work complies with water regulations and relevant standards.
* Accurately complete job tickets, time sheets, and compliance paperwork.
* Operate handheld devices for receiving and updating job information.
* Deliver high levels of customer care and professionalism in tenants’ homes
