We are working with a reputable and growing housing association delivering high-quality planned installations across Windsor, Slough, Reading, High Wycombe, Datchet, Bracknell and surrounding area. Due to recent contract wins, they are expanding their in-house team and are now looking for a skilled Plumber Multi-Trader to join their -based team, delivering bathroom and wet room installations on a planned works programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivering full bathroom and wet room installations across tenanted and void social housing properties

*

Undertaking planned plumbing installations and remedials as part of a scheduled upgrade programme

*

Supporting with multi-trade tasks including:

*

Wall splash back tiling

*

Carpentry

*

Patch plastering and making good

*

Painting and decorating to a professional standard

*

Working in occupied properties with consideration for residents and their homes
