Responsibilities
As a Water Hygiene Plumber / Commercial Plumber, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' facilities remain safe and compliant. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on plumbing systems to a high standard. * Responding to reactive maintenance tasks, diagnosing and resolving issues across commercial plumbing systems. * Installing, repairing, and maintaining various plumbing fixtures, pipework, and systems. * Conducting routine inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with regulations. * Collaborating with teams, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to health and safety standards.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing or an equivalent qualification. * Proven experience in commercial plumbing, including PPM and reactive maintenance work. * Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including water heaters, pipework, and drainage in commercial settings. * A full UK driving license (essential).
Day-to-Day
Your day-to-day activities will involve:
* Conducting scheduled maintenance and inspections to ensure plumbing systems are functioning optimally. * Responding promptly to client requests for repairs or troubleshooting plumbing issues. * Installing and upgrading plumbing systems in commercial environments. * Maintaining detailed records of work completed and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. * Collaborating with a supportive team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
