Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on all plumbing systems Respond promptly to reactive maintenance issues Diagnose and repair faults across water systems, drainage, and sanitary fittings Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with health & safety standards
