Location: East London/Essex Salary: 38/40k Paye Start Date: Immediate
We are currently looking for an experienced plumbing biased multi trader to join a busy team working out of the Romford office. This is a perm position offering consistent, long-term work. This position will be covering East London & Essex
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out day-to-day responsive repairs and maintenance, with a primary focus on Plumbing works (e.g. sinks, taps, bathrooms, flooring, etc)
* Undertake multi-trade tasks such as basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, and decorating as required
* Complete planned works, including kitchen and bathroom installations
* Diagnose faults and identify appropriate repair solutions on first visit where possible
* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
* Provide excellent customer service when working in tenants’ homes
* Maintain accurate records of work completed using handheld devices or job management systems
* Manage materials effectively and ensure van stock is maintained
* Work independently or as part of a team to meet daily targets and appointments
* Respond to emergency repair requests when required
