Job Opportunity: Commercial & Domestic Plumbing and Heating Engineer

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £45,000+ per year

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing and Heating Engineer with extensive experience in both commercial and domestic systems to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Repairs:

Install and repair commercial and domestic heating/plumbing systems and appliances, including full heating systems and bathrooms.

Carry out fault-finding and repairs to hot and cold-water systems, sanitary ware, and drainage systems.

Client Communication & Work Progression:

Liaise with clients regarding work timing, progress, and any issues.

Ensure clients are kept informed and satisfied throughout the project.

General Building & Maintenance:

Undertake minor building repairs, tiling, and carpentry work when required.

Identify and source necessary materials to ensure high-quality repairs and installations.

Safety & Record Keeping:

Ensure safe handling and storage of tools and equipment at all times.

Maintain logs of work completed and materials used, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Key Requirements:

Gas Safe Certification (required).

5+ years of industry experience in plumbing, heating, and HVAC systems.

Full UK Driving License (required).
