Plumbing bias Building Services Engineer

Location: Covering the North West, UK

Type: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: From £35,000 to £36,000 plus travel time and overtime

We are seeking an experienced Plumbing bias Building Services Engineer for a full-time, permanent role covering the North West. The engineer will work within a team of experienced building services engineers with skills in electrical and air conditioning systems.

The ideal candidate will have completed their NVQ in plumbing and have experience in building services maintenance, including compliance and plant room maintenance. Unvented system experience is required, and an unvented certificate is preferred. A full UK driving licence is essential as this is a mobile position.

Requirements

• Strong background in Building Services Maintenance
• At least NVQ Level 2 in plumbing; Level 3 preferred
• Full UK driving licence
• Based in the North West
• Unvented system experience and certificate (preferred)
• Willingness to travel across the North West
• Availability for on-call duties

Package

• Basic salary based on a 40-hour week
