Plumbing & Mechanical Maintenance Engineer (Commercial) Overview:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumbing & Mechanical Maintenance
Engineer to join a growing commercial maintenance team covering Manchester and
surrounding areas.
This is a mobile role focused on service, maintenance, and reactive works across
commercial properties.
As a Mobile Plumbing & Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Responding to reactive maintenance call-outs
* Servicing commercial plumbing and mechanical systems
* Fault finding and carrying out repairs
* Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard
* Maintaining strong client relationships on site
Skills and Experience Required:
* Proven experience in commercial plumbing and mechanical maintenance
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Experience working in commercial environments (offices, retail, industrial, etc.)
* Relevant plumbing/mechanical qualifications
* Full UK driving licence
