The Role

As a Teaching Assistant you will:

Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with SEND. Assist in the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies. Work closely with teachers, therapists, and other support staff to ensure a holistic approach to learning. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Support pupils in managing emotions and behaviours, ensuring a safe and structured setting.The Ideal Candidate
