PMO Administrator – Global Streaming Technology Portfolio

Join a high-impact global streaming technology portfolio as a PMO Administrator, where you’ll help enable technical and delivery teams to work efficiently, effectively, and with confidence. This is a pivotal role within a fast-paced, agile environment focused on innovation and continuous improvement.

️ Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office

You’ll contribute through the following areas of expertise:

• Ethics, Compliance & Professionalism – Promote integrity and socially responsible practices.
• Stakeholder & Communications Management – Engage stakeholders with tailored communications.
• Risk & Issue Management – Identify and address risks, threats, and opportunities.
• Resource Allocation – Support planning and updating of resource utilisation.
• Change Control – Ensure protocols for change are followed and documented.
• Governance Frameworks – Help structure governance in line with organisational principles.
• Scheduling & Planning – Maintain timelines and activity schedules across initiatives.
• Budgeting & Financial Control – Track costs and support budget adherence.
• Consolidated Planning – Bring together scope, resources, budget, and quality into coherent plans.
• Continuous Improvement – Drive enhancements in delivery and operational effectiveness.

What You’ll Bring

• Demonstrable experience in administration or coordination within project environments.
• Strong organisational skills and a passion for instilling clarity and structure.
• Exposure to the full project lifecycle.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
• Positive attitude with a proactive and flexible approach.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic settings and manage competing priorities.
• Have excellent Microsoft Office skills
• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Smartsheet.
