Leading Travel Client now requires a Programme Support Analyst (PMO) to support a major transformation programme

The Programme Support Analyst (PMO) will play a central role in ensuring smooth governance, reporting, and coordination across multiple workstreams in a complex, multi-vendor environment.

The Programme Support Analyst (PSO) will be faced with the following responsibilities: Maintain programme-level governance frameworks and ensure compliance with group best practices. Support the Programme Director with integrated planning, milestone tracking, and dependency management. Manage RAID logs, change control processes, and action trackers. Produce steering committee reports, dashboards, and communication materials. Coordinate between delivery teams, business units, and third-party vendors. Monitor quality standards, maintain documentation, and support audits or assurance reviews.
